Meet our Awesome Agent for January – Sameer Thalakkal, form Jaber Trading and Contracting

Congratulations to Sameer for being chosen as January’s Awesome Agent!

Sameer started 2018 with great success, finalizing over 16 deals in January! Sameer is a well-known agent in the local market, and has been described as “attentive, professional and reliable”, someone who is ready and available to answer any questions and give advice.

One of his many traits are his honesty and credibility, which has helped him deal with clients respectfully. Sameer is a stand out agent who has achieved fantastic results in a short span of time!

Q&A with Sameer:

1. What is the one thing you do as a broker that differentiates you from others?
One of the things that I concentrate on is customer satisfaction with the contract and the deal they’ll be getting, and not the monetary aspect of it. Having a good relationship with my clients is the first step to success; we don’t look at clients like they are an opportunity – instead, we look at them as a responsibility. This is one of my main goals and one of the reasons that differentiates our company from others.

2. How has Propertyfinder helped your company succeed in the market?
Propertyfinder is a very creative form of advertising. They offer dedicated planning, handling and execution advertising to market for their clients, which has helped us move forward in our business. We are very pleased to have been able to achieve our goals and targets from the customers point of view, which is something that Propertyfinder has helped us do. We’d like to thank them for their support and help in reaching that goal!

3. Finish the Sentence: I love Qatar because…
It makes me feel like I’m in my own country! It offers opportunities, traditions and development, and one of the great thing about the country and its government is that they do not differentiate between any nationalities!
